From a major beauty retailer to a restaurant chain serving Indian street food, more businesses are joining a large shopping center in Elk Grove.
That center, called The Ridge, is anchored by a Costco store. Located on the southeast corner of Elk Grove Boulevard and Bruceville Road, the center is owned by an entity of Pappas Investments.
Several new retail and restaurant tenants have signed leases for spaces in the center, said Kelly Rule, senior vice president of leasing for Pappas.
Beauty retailer Sephora is among the stores joining The Ridge, Rule said. Sephora sells an assortment of beauty products, including makeup, fragrances and skin care items. It will be the retailer’s fifth stand-alone store in the Sacramento area. Sephora also has stores within JCPenney locations in local malls.
Two other retailers, Zothex Flooring and AT&T, have also signed on for spaces in The Ridge, Rule said.
She said the center has signed leases with two more quick-service restaurants as well: Filipino dining chain Jollibee and Indian street food eatery Curry Up Now.
Those tenants join previously reported additions to The Ridge, such as exercise chain Mayweather Boxing + Fitness and quick-service eatery Nick the Greek.
Many businesses have already opened at The Ridge, including Costco, Olive Garden, Starbucks and dessert chain Somisomi. More additions to the center, such as a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant and an unnamed grocery store, are in the works, leasing materials state.
The Elk Grove retail center is 382,000 square feet, according to online leasing materials.
